Description
The Model PCT-2000 system is a complete mixing and pumping kit unit that is to be truck mounted. This kit incorporates all the state-of- the-art in mixing and automatic control systems that are included with our premier offshore skid less averaging tanks. This system is designed for the service operator who wants to save money and make his own installation. Once complete, it should meet the most demanding oil and gas well cementing requirements. The quality of design, component selection, and quality manufacture makes it a benchmark in the industry. The high energy mixing system can mix the most difficult slurries and the automatic density control will provide superior density control. Our engineers will help place the key components so that a reasonable weight distribution is obtained. The system will be provided in a completed form on a “dummy” skid frame with all hoses and wiring less those that must be interfaced with the truck itself. The systems will be tested and painted before the kit leaves our manufacturing plant. Your shop can transfer the components from the “dummy” frame to your chassis per a CAD drawing showing proper component placement. The time estimated to complete the transfer and final hookup is estimated to be two weeks.

(1) TPB600 x 4.0” dia plunger triplex pump (left pump)
(1) TPB600 x 3.5” dia plunger triplex pump (right pump)
(1) 7 bbl mixing tank
(1) 20 bbl displacement tank, (i.e. 2-10 bbl tanks)
(2) 6x5 centrifugal pumps (cement mixing recirculation and transfer to triplex pumps)
(1) 4x3 centrifugal pump (mix water and displacement fluid)
(1) High energy mixing system (patented)
(1) Automatic control mixer (SERVAacm®) for density
(3) Closed loop hydrostatic transmissions
Radiator cooling of engines and hydraulics
